Christine J. Bowker
Christine Bowker works as a Truancy Officer. She holds a Degree in Sociology & Criminal Justice from Iowa Wesleyan College. She is pursuing her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and working toward national certification.

 

As the parent of a child with ASD, it is her personal goal to share information and her life experiences with others. Christine shares her knowledge of ASD and current information  in the hope that it will empower and bring about positive change in the lives of individuals effected by ASD.

Shannon K. Tackes

Shannon Tackes works as a Instructinal Strategist II Learing Disabled/Behavior Disabled Educator in an Autism classroom. She holds a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa with an endorsedment from Morningside College in Learning & Behavioral Disabilities.

 

Shannon Tackes has a passion for teaching individuals with exceptionalities. She reports there is nothing better then seeing one of her students master a new skill. She believes the parent is the childs first and most important teacher.She wants to inform parents on ways to implement strategies at home in an effort to bridge the gap between home and school environments.
